OUR MISSION: It is the mission of James River Logistics, Inc. to set the standard of excellence in the trucking industry by providing outstanding customer service to all of our customers. We are committed to excellence through honest, straight forward communication, dedicated staff, state-of-the-art technology and above all, truly caring about each individual customer's needs.
In the transportation industry, solving old problems requires innovative solutions - looking at things a different way, a better way. That is exactly what we do. This is who we are.
What we do
Are you ready to make your life easier? Since 1997, we have provided a high level of service at reasonable rates via over the road motor carrier transportation.
We partner with motor carriers based throughout the 48 states and Canada to give our customers the most efficient and cost effective way to move their product.
There are thousands of motor carriers that operate today and our procedure is to utilize only the carriers that meet our carrier selection process. James River Logistics provides you with a "single source" transportation company that will eliminate the need for you having to deal with multiple carriers, pricing tariffs, different fuel surcharge applications, invoice & payment terms as well as other unique requirements that each motor carrier may request.
We understand that in today's transportation those of you that are responsible for procuring these services, generally have other responsibilities in addition to only transportation. James River Logistics understands that we can be an extension of your logistics & transportation department and let you trust us to transport your product to whatever destination you require in the continental United States and Canada. Just one call to us and the professional process begins and allows you to concentrate on other responsibilities that need your attention.
